Hi there, I would just like to share how pleased we are with the new system in our home. I think we could’ve had the same system installed by other companies but Central Cooling and Heating truly made the process smooth and efficient. From design to installation everyone at Central Cooling and Heating was extremely professional and in particular, John who ran the job for us was amazing. He kept us informed of what was going on each day and several times on the busiest day (electrical and outside work). He checked in with us on questions that came up on their end, and answered a lot of our questions in a polite and professional manner during the install as well. I figured the install would have been more challenging given that we had some remote learners at home. The team was very conscientious about our family being there and very respectful. They showed up every day right on time, and one night even stayed late to finish something up. I give credit to the ownership for their staff and skills!
