Stefano did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with our furnace and quickly getting it up and running. He was courteous and put booty covers over his shoes every time he came into the house, which impressed my wife. He also did the annual heating service on the furnace, and our Mitsubishi heat pump, He explained everything he was doing and how the furnace operated when diagnosing the problem with the furnace. I am an engineer so I probably asked more questions than most customers. He helped me set up the internet connection to the furnace. All in all a very positive experience.
