Alex provided great service in professional manner. He was courteous and a good conversationalist without letting it get in the way of what he was doing. He explained what he was doing and why in simple terms. The service was in response to an urgent mail I got form the furnace. It shut down because the effluent was clogged with gunk from the summer ac operation. i managed to get it running before I went to bed. It would have clogged up again without service, Alex did the winter service on the furnace and heat pumps.
