I am writing to let you know how grateful I am to Adrianna in the service department at Central Cooling and Heating. Our elderly friend lost his heat and we put in an urgent call to have someone come over and repair his heating system. As soon as Adrianna arrived in the office she was on the phone with me asking how she could help. She explained to me that there were no technicians available as they were all out on calls. She gave me the earliest availability, but that was still a few days off. Not an hour later, Adrianna called to let us know that there was a cancellation and that the technician was on his way over. A wave a relief swept over me. I am so grateful to Adrianna for the kindness, compassion, and understanding she conveyed throughout this ordeal. Please recognize her in some meaningful fashion.
