John Wood solved several air circulation problems that I have been having at my house for 8 years. Many people from your service have looked at the issues and just threw up their hands saying they didn't know how to help. John wasn't afraid to open a 10' feeder duct to see what the problem was and to then remove a non functioning damper. No air got up to the bathroom still so he then went up to the bathroom and got down on his hands and knees, removed the grate, reached down into the shaft and pulled a misaligned duct into place freeing up the air flow after 8 years of no circulation!!! This guy is not afraid of hard work and has the goal of solving problems for customers not trying to convince them that nothing can be done. John Wood then proceeded to adjust the winter and summer balancing of air flow and instructed me how to make seasonal changes. Now the AC flow gets up to the second floor and cools 2 rooms more effectively by taking the time to by balance the system. The bathroom is also cooled properly. Thank you John Wood!!!
