Mike Hillson and his team, which included Liam, Dennis and George (I hope that I have not forgotten anyone, if I did, my apologies) did an oil to gas conversion The work took 4 days This crew was respectful, informed me of the day's plan, answered all of my questions and even asked me down the basement to show me the progress I could not have asked for a better team! Prior to the job being performed we did get 3 quotes for the same product All 3 were pretty much in line with one another We chose Central Cooling & Heating because there wasn't a heavy sales pitch and at the time of the assessment not only were all questions answered, questions were even answered after the fact as well providing answers to all of our concerns The sales people were Chad Harris and Chris Allen After we decided to go with Central Cooling & Heating a second visit was necessary for the final measurements and that is were we met Chris He evaluated our home (which is old) and came up with the best options with our existing duct runs We have had our unit for about a week now and LOVE it! We are enjoying a much warmer home - the a/c test will be next year as it is almost November To the owners Darren and Doug Hamilton, and Manager Rich LaVoye Thank You for keeping such a talented, honest and respectful team! We will stay with Central Cooling & Heating under contract when the time comes to make that decision after our first year as we feel that we are in GREAT hands! PS I forgot to mention the office staff They provide the same quality telephonically from my initial telephone call for an assessment to any follow up calls for concerns They did all of the important paper work ie ordering & registration of the products as well as the rebate forms A HUGE thank you to all of you!
