This maintenance was a no-charge visit included for my new heating system which was installed last year. The office called in the morning to confirm the appointment and later to say the technician was on the way. It was great to be informed like this. The tech was friendly and answered all my questions and was happy to describe the tasks included in this visit.. The only negative was that I was told that Central Cooling is shrinking its service area and they will not maintain my system after the warranty expires. Too bad, I've been impressed with them and would have liked to stay as a customer.
