It was a pleasure working with Jonathan Brody on my HVAC summer tuneup. I removed 1 star from overall experience rating because I did not like being pitched super-sensitive CO detectors and electric surge protectors -- both wildly over-priced -- and an electronic air purifier which I have declined in the past. I understand that Jonathan had been instructed to try selling these to me. I also rated convenience only 3 stars because it remains inconvenient to have workers come inside my house semi-annually to do tuneups. I don't expect Central to deal with this in any way, but ease of maintenance will be a factor when I choose a replacement system in coming years.
