I had a semi-annual, routine maintenance appointment, scheduled on 06/15/23, with Central Heating & Cooling. Arjan arrived at my house and introduced himself. After I showed him my furnace, he explained how my system worked. Later, when he was outside, he noticed a loose wire inside my AC condenser, took off the cover to reposition it, so it wouldn't be damaged when the unit was turned on. He also cleaned it. He recommended that I get surge protectors and explained where they would be installed. Arjan is very knowledgeable of HVAC technology and clearly takes pride in his work. Five stars all the way !
