I’ve been a customer for over ten years for my heat-pump. I did purchase the service plan which includes two year maintenance check ups. The system has always run well and been reliable, no doubt with the semi-annual checks. Thankfully I haven’t needed an emergency service call but I’m confident Central Cooling would arrive timely and fix and issue.
