Jonathan is an excellent service engineer who is quite patience, courteous in hearing about his client's needs, questions and concerns and providing best timely solutions possible. We had the opportunity to work with Jonathan twice within the last three months. He has tuned up our central heating and cooling systems for the winter and changed the air filter as part of the bi-yearly maintenance. During his recent visit Jonathan followed-up on installing and testing the much-needed surge protections system for the indoor and outdoor unit.
