Abdel did an excellent job repairing our AC. He listened and asked good questions. He diagnosed the issue, isolated the problem, and fixed it completely. Finally, he explained what had happened and showed me how to catch the problem sooner, so I could get assistance faster. He cleaned the areas he had worked in.
