Brian was a sheer delight to have in my home. He came promptly on time, immediately donned his face mask as I requested, got immediately to work, and was very responsive to my questions/concerns. He explained things very well and did not "overdo" the sales pitch re: the surge protector(s). I understand that he is a fairly new (? 5 months) employee with your company.
