Mr. Banks was scheduled to perform an electrical check at my house. He arrived to my house within the specified window of time, explained to me what he was going to do then performed the service. Mr. Banks was thorough and before leaving, explained to me again what he did and recommended product and services that were specific to my house and situation. Over-all a good experience, including the pre-call to verify that I was home.
