On Monday March 20 I left a terrible review of this company on their Facebook page. I had stayed home all day and got a phone call in the afternoon saying they were not going to make the appointment I had booked. The comment worked and within an hour I received a call saying they would be here first thing Tuesday morning. They did arrive as promised and sent the nicest person you could wish for who did the work as promised. They were very concerned that I would not take down my Facebook message (which I did). But it did happen.
