We called and they came the same day. Chuck was very personable and explained exactly what needed to be done. Gave different options to get it done. The cost was way more than we imagined. Haven't ever needed to hire a plumber before. So was really surprised how expensive things can cost.

Had 1...shut off valve to be replaced in a bathroom....$225. Tell me how this makes sense? The part costs maybe $15 max and the "technician" spent all of 20 minutes to install. BEFORE simply fixing my issue I get 4 "options" to...upgrade my house to a whole house water filter system (not relevant to my service call), and replace all of my shut off valves for....$4700. I decided to just go for the valve replacement. My service call should not equate to a sales pitch but I guess some habits never die.
