Had 1...shut off valve to be replaced in a bathroom....$225. Tell me how this makes sense? The part costs maybe $15 max and the "technician" spent all of 20 minutes to install. BEFORE simply fixing my issue I get 4 "options" to...upgrade my house to a whole house water filter system (not relevant to my service call), and replace all of my shut off valves for....$4700. I decided to just go for the valve replacement. My service call should not equate to a sales pitch but I guess some habits never die.
