Performed a two system maintenance checking heating & cooling. Checked all electrical, mechanical and safety components. Checked amp draws, pressures, and capacitors. Changed filters. Found that RTU2 has many issues. System has a bad control board. Board is applying voltage to Y2 when Tstat isn’t calling. Two compressor contactors are pitted and bad, has a condenser fan motor locking up, and has circuit 1 almost empty on Freon with possible leak in evaporator coil. Will need a leak search. With amount of issues on RTU2 recommend replacing system. Tried calling Kelly and got an answering service, lady said she could take a message, I proceeded and then she hung up as I was giving message.
