Upon arrival found system upstairs Not cooling. Checked inside unit and found everything operational, checked filter and it was good, checked outside unit and found that it was low on Freon. Homeowner wanted to just add Freon, recommended replacing condenser and coil or replacing whole system. Added 3lbs of R-22 to system to bring pressures up. System is cooling at this time but system is running on borrowed time and is prone to failure.
