Upon arrival found that the system was locked out on an E201 which said that system has lost communication with the blower. Checked voltages to motor and from board and was getting only .6dcv with harness plugged in and 12.6dcv with it un plugged. Spoke with Lennox tech support and they said that the air handler control board isn’t outputting enough and would need to be replaced. Also applied 24v directly to motor and motor came on. Notified homeowner that board is under warranty and will have to order a new one in the morning due to Lennox being closed.
