Dispatched to water heater not working. Upon arrival water heater was functioning properly. Customer said that last night it was making a loud humming type of sound and the house had no hot water. I checked elements voltages of water heater and it seems to be working just fine at this time. Cuatomer was advised to keep an eye on it.
