Springtime Air Conditioning Maintenance Service for a residential homeowner near Smith Elementary School. Upon arrival performed a two system maintenance checking cooling, started with indoor units checking all electrical, mechanical and safety components, checked filters and blew out drain lines. Found that both filters do need to be changed out, upstairs size is a aprilaire 410, and downstairs is a 20x30x1. Then checked outdoor units pressures, amp draws and capacitors, everything checked out good, washed outdoor coils, systems are operating properly at this time.
