Called out to estimate split commercial system. Unit is 25 years old and completely rusted inside and out. Furnace, coil, condenser, and pleniums need to be changed. Also several code upgrades are needed, such as decking to get to and around furnace, gas piping, and new fluit piping as well . Customer also wants options to build an "attic" or enclosed room for the furnace to be in. As well as an option to make the unit an RTU.
