Performed a one system maintenance checking heating, checked all electrical, mechanical and safety components, cleaned flame sensor, adjusted gas pressures, checked amp draws and capacitor. Found that the blower motor bearings are going out and motor could fail at any moment. Recommended replacing blower motor, but also if system is low on refrigerant again next spring recommend system replacement.
