Upon arrival found evaporator coil completely frozen up, turned outside unit off and explained to customer that we’re going to need the coil to drain ice. Will need to return. Upon arrival turned system back on and checked pressures. Found system to be about 2-4lbs low on 410-A. Recommended leak search or leak seal, homeowner wanted to just put Freon in system. Added 3lbs of 410A to bring systems pressures up. System is now cooling properly at this time. Freon does have the potential to leak back out.
