Upon arrival performed a one system maintenance checking cooling. Checked inside air handlers electrical, mechanical and safety components. Changed out customer supplied filter. Then checked outdoor units pressures, capacitor, contactor and coils. Everything checked out good. I did find a pitted contactor that will need to be changed out soon, recommended replacing contactor, adding surge protection, air scrubber for indoor air quality and a start assist for the compressor.
