Found primary drain line clogged under sink causing water to go out the secondary drain. Upstairs zone damper motor is failing and sticking closed. Locked motorized damper open. Blower wheel is very our of balance. Cleaned condensing coil (wasn't done on maintenance). Couldn't get drain line cleared all the way. Drain is draining but still has a small clogged in sink drain. Need to return and replace damper motor for upstairs zone, clear drain the rest of the way, and replace blower wheel. I let homeowners know it would be Monday when we would be able to check availability on parts. Upstairs zone is undersized and return is undersized. Quoted customer price to fix upstairs zone ductwork and correct return. Customer wants to move forward with the repairs but will wait on the ductwork at this time. System is cooling at this time.
