While testing the disconnect was able to turn it off and when I went to turn it back to the on position condenser wouldn’t come back on. System has a faulty disconnect and needs to be replaced. Because of colder temperatures covered condenser to raise pressures up. Pressures were reading low, system has lost about half its charge, refrigerant lines are a sealed circuit so Freon should not be escaping. recommended performing a leak search to determine where the leak is.
