Called to do a two system inspection for units that were installed by another company recently. Upon arrival condensers were the only new item, and units were both cooling properly. Customer had stated that upstarts doesn't get below 80 degrees during the day. And during my inspections of the units I found severe ducting issues (that customer stated had been done by other company) ducting was not sealed to plenums, and were hung improperly. Several ducts were dipping, cutting at hard angles and being crushed my other ducts while laying on the ground. This improper ducting has cut off airflow to upstarts not allowing it to cool. Furthermore upon entering the downstairs units attic I noticed it was cool inside the attic because of all the air leaking out of the improperly hung ducting as well. Ducting needs to be replaced sealed and rehung properly to fix airflow issues. Furnaces are both an estimated 20 years of age and are showing several signs of failure. Both units blower motor
