Came out on 2 system maintenance Checked bearings checked blades checked filters checked drain line checked duct work checked insulation checked Amp draws checked contactors checked run capacitors checked electrical connections checked pressures checked temp split across unit checked coils Found 3 pieces of equipment do not have surge protection besides th e downstairs condenser. Outdoor coils are dirty and need to be washed Both filters need be replaced 20x25x5 & 16x25x4 Neither unit has IAQ (INDOOR ARE QUALITY.)
