HVAC Maintenance for a residential customer. Performed a three system maintenance checking cooling. Checked inside units' electrical, mechanical, and safety components. Checked amp draws and capacitors. Found blower capacitor for master system blower motor reading 2.6/5 recommended replacing the capacitor. Checked outdoor units pressures, amp draws, and capacitors. Found that the upstairs unit had 86psi standing pressure. Checked the outdoor coil, weld connections, and indoor coil and did not see any oil stains or visible leaks. Charge system with 5lbs of 410-a. Will need to return in about a month to see if pressures are holding. Also found on downstairs system pressures may be a little low, it was hard to tell with indoor temps being 65 and outdoor being 55 will recheck when we come back to recheck upstairs.
