Came out on 1 system maintenance Checked bearings checked contactor checked blades checked housing checked temp split checked pressures checked drain line checked both coils checked smo fried checked electrical electrical connections Found Neither Indoor and outdoor units have surge protection Condenser contactor is showing signs of age a little black and pitted on load side of 1.5 Pole Condenser has no hard start kit It allows compressor to not take so much of an amount during during start up extending the life of the compressor
