The temperature split was 22 degrees, and I changed the 20x25x5 MERV 16 filter. Also, made sure condensate line was draining. Then I performed a amperage readings on the compressor 6.8 Amps and the condenser fan motor 1.2 amps the contactor and capacitor are both working. System is operating properly at this time.
