Performed preventative maintenance for a high efficiency Lennox AC system. Model #14ACXS036-230A18, serial #1915J17943. Upon arrival the thermostat was in the off position. I powered down the system and removed the access panels. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. I tested the drain pan, drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. The Merv11 air filter size 16x25x4 was replaced at the beginning of may by the homeowner. I inspected all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. Cleaned out the trap for the drain system and inspected the blower motor and blower wheel for buildup. Ensured that the humidifier was powered down for the season and closed the damper. I re installed the access panel and powered the system back up. I called for AC and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils are clean and in good condition.
