Added 4 pounds of 410-A refrigerant to a Carrier AC system. Model number: N4A330GKG101. Serial number: E181233289. Upon arrival I hooked my gauges up to the system. Showing the condenser was empty. I put 1 pound of 410-A refrigerant into the system to get it started. Once it started I added the remaining 3 pounds into the system. I also added half of a dye stick into the system. Went back downstairs to the evaporator coil. Made sure the coils weren’t freezing. Customer will be replacing the filter. Took a temp split of 18°. System is running properly at this time. No charge today per RC/PA. CHUD will schedule a follow up visit in approximately 2-3 weeks at no charge to try to identify the leak.
