Came out today for a air flow issue. Upon inspection I found that one of the ducts in the basement had come apart and some of the flex tuck had come off of the registers. There is also a boot that had come off of the duct. I reconnected the boot , zip screwed the duct in the basement and re attached the flex duct to the registers. The system is now connected properly and is operating properly at this time. The system is the home is an oil furnace.
