Customer called due to no cold air blowing through the system. It is a Coleman, model number: TC4B6021SA, serial number: W1N8419823. Went downstairs to the unit, saw it running. Went outside to the condenser, saw it running. Hooked my gauges up and found the unit to be low on refrigerant. Added 3 pounds of 410a refrigerant to the system. Also added half a dye stick free of charge per RC. Let the system run for awhile. Pressures were good and got a temp split of 19°. Checked the evaporator for any freezing. Checked the pump to make sure it was pumping out properly. Took amp draws of the fan and compressor. Both running within manufacture’s specs. Checked filter, still good. System is running properly at this time. Will schedule a follow up to perform a leak inspection free of charge per RC. Add 3 pounds of 410a to help system run.

Came out today to perform a leak investigation on a Lennox ac system. Model #XC14-036-230-07, serial #5814L01440. Upon arrival the homeowner stated that he has not turned the air on with the exception of last night due to the cool weather. I called for ac and observed the system starting normally. I let the system run for about 20 minutes and I received a temperature split of 19°. I powered down the system and began the leak investigation using an electronic leak detector. Came out today for a heating issue. Found the Weil McLain boiler model # CGA-8 PIDN, cp #CP7926873. Upon inspection I found one room upstairs that had a runaway zone valve. The zone valve was left in the open position. I did close the zone valve so the room would not continue to heat. The boiler is on a constant loop and Chud powers down the system after every winter. Upon heating season Chud will return to turn it back on. Bill out per dispatch.
