Completed a preventative maintenance on 3 roof top units. Manufacturer Rheem/Ruud Model # RJPL-A060CK Serial # F262001270 First system is newly installed, system uses 16x25x1 filters did a amp check on fan motor and compressor both are operating properly. Also, made sure drain was clear. Then made sure all electrical connections were tight and secure. System is operating properly at this point. Manufacturer ICP Arcoaire Model # PHX360000H00A1 Serial # G070831003 The second system I changed out 2 20x30x2 filters. Then did a amp check on the condenser fan motor and compressor both are operating properly. Also, made sure all electrical connections are tight and secure made sure drain was working properly. Temperature and pressure all checked out. System is operating properly at this point.
