Customers filter was clogged, preventing air from passing over the evaporator coil causing it to freeze and stop working. Allowed ice to melt, replaced filter and checked split temp which is 19°F. Refrigerant pressures are sufficient for proper cooling. Cycled and tested, system working properly at this time. Will inform landlord that filters should be replaced more frequently. Will need to charge customer.
