Lennox AC - M# XP14-048-230-09 - S# 5816LO7724 Performed preventative maintenance on the air conditioning unit. Powered down the system upon arrival. Removed panel and inspected the evaporator coil, blower motor and fan. Confirmed components are free of any dirt or dust build up. Poured water into the condensate pump, drain pan, and the drain line to make sure it is draining properly. Turned off the humidifier at the dial and closed the dampener for the cooling season. Checked all wiring and confirmed wires are properly secured. Replaced Merv 11 20x25x4 (Supplied by Chud). Re-installed panel and powered the system back up. Ran system. Inspected outdoor heat pump to see if the coil needed cleaning. Removed panel and brushed off spider webs. Took amp draw of the fan, 1.21 amps. Took amp draw of the compressor, 9.56 amps..
