Performed preventative maintenance on a Lennox AC system. Model number: XC13-042-230-03. Serial number: 5809G0424259. Upon arrival the unit was off. Homeowner turned the unit on at the thermostat. Went downstairs to the unit and watched it run. Turned the unit off at the switch. Removed the panel to the evaporator coil. Inspected the coils for any dust build up. Poured water into the condensate trap and watched it drain properly. Poured water into the condensate pump and watched it pump out properly. Removed the panels to the furnace. Checked the electrical connections to make sure they were properly secure. Checked the blower motor and fan for any dust build up. Checked the capacitor on the blower motor. It is pretty rusted and getting low on charge, I recommend replacement this season or by the fall. Filter was recently changed by the homeowner. Turned the humidifier off. Took an amp draw for the motor. Running within the manufacture’s specs. Placed the panels back in the unit and wa
