Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox AC system. Model #Xc16-036-230-01, serial #5806L22863. Upon arrival the system was set for heat. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pain drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. I replaced the air filter Merv16 size 16x25x5 homeowner supplied. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I re attached the panels and powered the system back up. I called for ac and observed the system starting properly. The condenser amp draws are 9.3 for the compressor and 1.0 for the fan. The temperature split is at a 20° differential. The system is operating properly at this time. I presented the homeowner with several different options to help improve the system in the home. No charge for today CCM.
