Coleman M# TC4B3621H - S# W1D8715623 Performed preventative maintenance on the air conditioning unit. Upon arrival the system was set for heat. I powered the thermostat and the system down. I removed the access panel and inspected the system. The evaporator coils are clean and in good condition. I tested the drain pan, drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. I replaced the 16x25x1 air filter and checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for AC and observed the system starting normally. Blower motor amp draw was at a 4.8. Condenser coils are clean and in good condition. Compressor drew 7.37 amps. Fan drew 1.29 amps.
