Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. Unit is functioning properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning every 2-3 years.
Came out today for a condenser not running. Upon inspection I ohm out the capacitor and got a reading of 15 +1. The capacitor was also extremely swollen. I replaced the capacitor with a 40+5. The system is operating properly at this time. I explained to the customer that this is something we check during preventative maintenance and that's something he should be getting done yearly.
