Did a preventative maintenance on a Lenix high efficiency gas furnace. During the preventative maintenance I clean the flame sensor also cleaned out the burner rack and the blower motor housing. Customer stated he had a leak of water from the exhaust vent pipe so I put some RTV silicone around it. Also the customer said he was having problems with his programmable thermostat. So me and the customer went through the thermostat and pick the correct temperatures and times for his satisfaction and everything is working properly at this point. Also cleared out the drain on the high-efficiency unit and made sure everything was draining properly. Changed out the 16 x 25 x 1 filter. Also did an amp check on the inducer motor and the blower motor which both meet the furnace specs. System is running properly at this point . M#EL296UH135XE60D-03 s#5920M16189
