Did a preventative maintenance on a Lennox heat pump. During the maintenance I made sure the drain was working properly and that the condensate pump was working. The condensate pump was very dirty so I emptied it out and cleaned it. I recommend that they replace a condensate pump in the near future due to all the dirt in it. Also check the temperatures and pressures by the outdoor heat pump and everything checks out. The refrigeration levels are in range. Also did a term split inside. And I also emptied out the heat pack to ensure that the emergency heat was working which it was. System is operating properly at this point. In future technician should bring a 20 x 25 x 4 Merv 11 filter due to condition of filter cabinet. M#CbX27UH-060-230-6-02s#5809E17259
