Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox AC system. Model #XC17-042-230-08, serial #5814D02870. Upon arrival the system was set for heat. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. The evaporator coil’s are in good condition. The Lennox healthy climate Uv light is operating as well. Tested the drain pan, drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs . The air filter size 16x25x1 was recently replaced by the homeowner. The blower motor and blower wheel are both very dirty (see photo). I checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for AC and observed the system starting properly. The condenser coils are very dirty (see photos). The condenser amp draws are .4 for the fan and 10.77 for the compressor. The temperature split is at a 17° differential. I presented my findings to the homeowner with se
