Came out today to clean a heat transfer system. Outdoor unit only. Upon arrival I contacted the homeowner over the phone and just explained that the whole system should be cleaned. I also explained that the system locked out due to high pressure and dirty coils. I presented the homeowner with a customized package that was just right for her. The homeowner agreed.
