Came out today to investigate a leaking boiler. Upon arrival the homeowner stated that the relief valve started to leak the other day. Upon inspection I found the relief valve on the Weil-McLain system leaking significantly. This is a high efficiency boiler that is tied into 2 different air handlers to creat forced air heat. I presented the homeowner with my findings and presented several solutions for his system. The homeowner went with the band aid option. Weil-McLain boiler model #gwc-105-n-t, cp#6934143. Update the pressure relief valve All work on this invoice will have a 60-day warranty.
