Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox air handler model #cba25uh-018230-01, serial #1520a00394. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Replaced the air filter 15x20x1. Checked all electrical components needed for air conditioning to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The blower motor amp draw is at .68. The temperature split is at a 19. The condenser coil’s are dirty and built up. The system should have condenser coil cleaning performed however due to the rain it cannot be performed today. The condenser amp draws are .71 for the fan and 7.4 for the compressor. The refrigerant pressures are within normal range for the temperature outside today. The system is operating properly at this time.
